All pictured merchandise should be available for sale in our store, but is subject to prior sale. Please contact the store to check availability.

All sales must be made in person or by telephone. We accept cash (in person only), check, visa, master card, and discover.

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted, so be absolutely sure you know exactly what you are buying and its condition.

All merchandise is sold in as found condition.

6% sales tax is collected on all sales, as required by Pennsylvania for out of state sales. No exceptions. Dealers who have a valid resale certificate on file in the store prior to the sale will not be charged the sales tax. If you do not have a valid resale certificate on file the tax will be charged.

All purchases must be picked up in the store within 15 days. Small items may be shipped if arrangements are made at the time of the sale. The cost of shipping small merchandise will be paid by the buyer at the time of the sale. Shipping arrangements for furniture and other large items are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

layaway sales - A Layaway sales contract must be signed by the purchaser and returned to the store. 30% down and merchandise must be fully paid for at the end of 30 days. Layaway merchandise not paid for after 30 days will be returned to stock and all payments will be forfeited.
